Theodore Koufos was born in Boston, Massachusetts, 1940. When she moved to Toronto and she further persuaded her education in the illustration at Sheridan College. She graduated from the I.Trush College in Lviv with a BA degree in Sculpture. He is also a Professor of Patristics at the Toronto Orthodox Theological Academy, as well as the Director of Interchurch Relations for the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Canada.Ksenia Sapunkova is a Canadian artist who was born in Ukraine, and grew up in Lviv. Peter has the distinction of being the first Canadian-born Greek Orthodox Priest now serving in the Greek Orthodox Church of Canada. The current Parish Priest of Panagia is Father Peter Avgeropoulos, who has served the Cathedral since the 1st of September 1996.
